List decisions

Use Actera’s list operation to find recent AI agent authorization decisions in a workspace before retrieving complete policy, approval, and execution evidence. Results are ordered newest first.

effect is the policy result; status is the current lifecycle state. Authentication failures return 401; nonexistent and inaccessible workspaces return 404. This read is safe to retry after temporary failures. Use each id with Retrieve a decision for complete evidence, and see API conventions for shared error behavior.
